Kindly view all our products from the "SHOP" tab. If you'd like to purchase a product, open it by pressing on it, choose your options from below the product shots, then press "Add to Cart". Once you have added all the products you'd like to purchase to your cart, click on "Cart" or the shopping bag icon from the top right of your screen - depending on whether you are shopping from your desktop or phone - and press on the "CHECKOUT" button. Kindly follow the instructions from there.
All local orders take from 7-10 days. If your order is expected to take longer than that due to any technical reason, you are contacted and informed immediately after your order has been placed. If you'd like to receive your order before the 7 day mark, kindly email us on email@example.com and we will do our best to make it happen.
International orders take up to 10 days. Same terms mentioned above for local orders, apply to international orders.
For orders in Cairo, we have our own trusted service man who arranges a suitable time for drop off with each customer.
For orders outside of Cairo - including international orders - we use DHL. Once your order has been submitted for shipping, a tracking number is sent to your email, to track your order on the DHL website.
If your order has not been dispatched, you may cancel it or modify it by replying to your order's confirmation email, or by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Once you receive your order, you are given 14 calendar days to exchange or return your order. The order must be returned to us in its initial condition, unused and packaged as received by you. If this condition is met, you will receive a full refund, excluding initial delivery fees incurred.

You are given 14 calendar days from the date the person gifting you received the order from us, to exchange or return your gift. Kindly email us on email@example.com if you'd like to track the exact date of receipt. You must provide us with the name used to place the order, gifted to you. The order must be returned to us in its initial condition, unused and packaged as received by you. If this condition is met, you will receive a refund for the item(s), or be permitted to exchange.

Gift Cards CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
We can personalize your item, by engraving on it. Other than that, we do not personalize the stonework or the design.
